I've had the pleasure to work with Vincent Zhu for three years as my lead and mentor while working at eBench. During the time I worked at eBench, Shijie worked as my senior and team manager. His expertise in software development, database management and cloud architectures lead to the success of eBench as a software platform being able to compete against tech giants like Facebook and Instagram.

Vincent Zhu has been a great freelancer helping us to enhance the IP2Location Ruby project for many years. I like the way he handled the task given, precise and with passion. He always deliver solution on time and advise us the deficiencies that we were not aware of. Moreover, our IP2Location Ruby library has been used by many users and the quality of the library is of utmost importance. And, he never failed us in this matter.

The project proved to be much bigger and more time consuming than we had originally anticipated. Most of the problems were associated with the open source framework due to complex implementation on a complex product. Vincent manage to deliver a working model as per requirement despite the obvious greater investment in time than original estimates. More importantly though I have engaged him to do further work on the project to take the project to the next 2 stages.

We have worked with Vincent on 2 projects now and on both occasions found him to be honest, hard working and professional. He has proven he has the skills and ability to complete work to a high standard, on time and on budget. I was personally very impressed with Vincents "can-do" attitude, nothing was too big or too small and even when we got to humps in the road, he always came back with a solution to overcome the problem.
